Customer Service Representative / e-commerce Officer

E-COMMERCE OFFICER HANDLING SHOPEE, LAZADA & ZALORA

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successful candidates will be tasked to handle (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora etc.)
• Answer customer inquiries and concerns thru email and social media platforms. Will manage the shop's customer inquiries through chat.
• Use on-page and off-page marketing tools to boost online store sales.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints by careful assessment and providing appropriate solution or alternatives
• Recommend and suggest potential products to meet customer requirements
• Complete other office jobs, such as recording customer orders, inventory, restocking, printing barcode, etc.) using basic Microsoft applications
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments (marketing team for promotions, graphics team for assets and warehouse team for stocks)
• Work closely with teammates. Ensure to actively engage and provide suggestions/recommendations in team discussions.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor/College degree.
• Knowledgeable and up to date about the Philippine E-Commerce business here in the Philippines.
• Experience in handling online shopping platform is an advantage.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Customer service experience and the ability to deal with difficult customers is essential.
• Must be a fast learner, who can work with minimal supervision.
• Must be flexible, team player and is willing to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Has good time management skills and has the ability to accomplish tasks within the required time frame.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Sunday (1 Day Off)
