Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Megaworld Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a full-time Associate level position, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our call center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of call center agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance, including setting KPIs and monitoring metrics. 3. Monitor call center operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, seeking resolution in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Implement incentives and rewards programs to motivate and retain team members. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management. 3. Strong leadership skills with a motivational and team-oriented approach. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to handle stressful situations and make informed decisions under pressure. 6. Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Certification in call center management is a plus.
