Chat Support Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at SM Investments Corporation in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This is a full-time entry level position requiring at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be driven and resourceful, with excellent persuasion and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat support - Provide timely and accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions - Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
