Job Description - Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Advance is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our growing team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a full-time entry-level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the team leads. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 3. Creative problem-solving abilities. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well in a remote team environment. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
