Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Mandarin Speaker

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interact with customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, social media) in a friendly, professional and empathetic manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, policies and account information accurately and promptly
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints and concerns effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products/services to assist customers in making informed decisions
  • Provide basic technical support and guide customers through troubleshooting processes for products or online services
  • Document customer interactions, transactions and details of inquiries accurately in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all interactions are carried out in accordance with established guidelines
  • Collect and relay customer feedback, suggestions and concerns to relevant teams within the company to facilitate continuous improvement
  • Educate customers on features and promotions to enhance their overall experience
  • Display a professional and positive attitude, even when dealing with challenging situations or demanding customers
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and technical support to address customer needs comprehensively
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends and best practice of customer service to deliver exceptional service

TO QUALIFY FOR THE POSITION:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or at least college level
  • With at least previous customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both ENGLISH AND MANDARIN language
  • Proficient in using MS Office and CSR software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Willingness to relocate in the Philippines
