Job Description - Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Insider is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Assistant to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of working from home in Taguig, NCR, PH on a full-time basis.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. 2. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Assist in onboarding new customers, providing training and guidance on how to effectively utilize our products. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. 5. Monitor customer feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed. 7. Assist in creating and implementing customer success strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resilient and hardworking personality traits. 5. Excellent cooperation and decision-making skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus.
