Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Ayala Corporation is seeking an experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online account holders.


Responsibilities: - Lead a team of account support specialists to ensure excellent customer service and support for our online users. - Develop and implement strategies to increase user satisfaction and retention. - Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online account experience. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management. - Conduct trainings and workshops for the team to improve skills and knowledge.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in online account management or customer support. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Passionate and energetic with a strong desire to drive results. - Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
