Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


Ayala Corporation is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal teams and external clients. This position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and effective support to internal teams and external clients through various communication channels. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution. 3. Document and track all support tickets to ensure accountability and transparency. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues. 5. Assist in the development and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge resources. 6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance support delivery.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Critical thinking skills to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and clients. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Experience with customer support tools and CRM systems is preferred. 6. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
