Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Altitude Games, a leading mobile gaming company based in Davao City, Philippines, is seeking a talented and motivated Support Associate to join our team for a remote work position. As a Support Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our players have a positive experience with our games and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate support via email, chat, and social media channels. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to gameplay, account management, and in-app purchases. 3. Monitor player feedback and escalate important issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. 4. Collaborate with the development and QA teams to identify and report bugs or issues in the game. 5. Assist in creating and updating support documentation and FAQs for players. 6. Provide input and feedback on improving the overall player experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of customer support or related experience. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 4. Reliable and energetic personality with a positive attitude. 5. Strong adaptability and project management skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 7. Experience in the gaming industry is a plus. 8. Proficiency in English and Filipino languages.
