As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat platforms. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service
