1. Responsible for basic inquiries and answering all operational parts of the website platform;
2. Handle customer difficulties quickly, enthusiastically, sincerely and solve customer problems professionally and properly;
3. To handle remaining problems, the customer support department contacts the corresponding responsible department to handle;
4. Collect and summarize customer consulting questions, send them back to the relevant person in charge and track the response results immediately.
