Job Description - Account Executive

He/She will conduct search and mapping activities, as well as engage in prospecting to acquire new clients or accounts.
He/She will present products or services to potential merchants.
He/She will prepare proposals and present solutions to potential clients/merchants.
He/She will assist customers through phone, email, online presentations, and in-person meetings.
He/She is responsible for handling customer complaints.
He/She Builds and maintains relationships with existing clients.
He/She must maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
He/She is responsible for updating & building sales reports in Excel and submitting required sales forecasts.
He/She will collaborate with his/her manager to facilitate client need fulfillment.
He/She is required to report to his/her manager on the market needs and trends.
He/She is responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs.
