Job Description - Customer Relations and Acquisition Officer

• Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, and give customers information about products and services of the company.

• Responsible for providing assistance to customers by helping customers with their loan applications, resolving complaints and issues, as well as providing status of their accounts and loan applications.

• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services

• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.

• Escalating queries and concerns

• Working with other departments to find appropriate solutions for all queries and complaints received.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in Customer Service

• Can converse in English Language

• Graduate of any 4 year course

Work Schedule

This job has the following work schedule:

  • 9am - 6pm
  • 5 days / week
  • 8 hours shift
  • Weekends Off
