We are looking for a well-experienced Chef de Cuisine - Peak Grill who will ensure the smooth and efficient running of The Peak Grill kitchen,a stylish grill restaurant featuring fresh seafood and premium cuts of meat. This role will be responsible in overseeing the food preparation and logistics in the kitchen, managing an efficient kitchen team and implementing policies and procedures. He/She will be working closely with the restaurant manager in building and guiding the whole team in the restaurant. Qualifications
