Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

MadEats is seeking an entry-level Online Operations Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Online Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our online platform.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain the online platform, ensuring all content and information is accurate and up-to-date - Assist with managing customer inquiries and feedback, providing timely and effective responses - Collaborate with various teams to execute online marketing campaigns and promotions - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Support the implementation of new features and functionalities on the online platform - Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve online operations

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and resourceful when faced with challenges - Strong decision-making skills and adaptability - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
