Online Operations Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Online Operations Associate to join our team at Philippine Airlines in Makati. As an Entry Level position, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the airline industry and contribute to the success of our online operations department.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our online platforms, including website content, booking systems, and customer service portals - Monitor website performance metrics and analyze data to optimize user experience and drive conversions - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless online operations and customer satisfaction - Provide support for online marketing campaigns and promotions - Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and working with IT teams to resolve them promptly - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Innovative mindset with a passion for technology and digital marketing - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
