Operations Associate - Work from home

Resellee is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. This is a full-time remote position based in Davao City, Davao, PH, with the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations tasks including order processing, inventory management, and customer service support - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products - Assist with financial reporting and analysis - Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and process improvement - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and inventory levels - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - At least 4 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM software - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - A driven and energetic personality with high emotional intelligence and persuasion skills
