Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST

Location: Remote - Philipines

Contract: Indefinite

Salary: 3 USD (or more according to experience)

Key Responsabilities

1. Manage and submit prior authorization requests with insurance companies for procedures, medications, and services.
2. Verify insurance requirements and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
3. Monitor and follow up on pending authorizations to secure timely approvals and avoid delays in care.
4. Coordinate with clinics, hospitals, and external providers to exchange patient documentation.
5. Educate patients on referral processes, coverage details, timelines, and provider information.
6. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies for confidentiality and medical data handling.
