This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Cuisine at Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu. The Chef De Cuisine will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. They will ensure the delivery of high-quality culinary experiences and uphold the standards of Dusit International. Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine or similar role
Extensive knowledge and expertise in culinary techniques and cuisines
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus
Knowledge of local and international food safety regulations
