This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at THE AVENUE PLAZA HOTEL located in Naga. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking various dishes, creating menus, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring quality and consistency of food. The Chef De Partie will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Qualifications

  • Experience in culinary arts and cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Culinary degrees, certifications or related training is a plus
