Your responsibilities will revolve primarily on the following:
Engage with clients by phone and email to provide premier customer service
Help clients understand the power of marketing
Motivate clients to identify and reach their marketing goals
Fulfill client requests and provide expert guidance regarding our process, marketing strategy, and products
Manage multiple projects seamlessly
Promote open, clear communication between multiple teams
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Computer proficiency and Web Savvy
Coachable, accepts constructive feedback and seeks to continuously improve
Constant desire to learn, improve and innovate
Extremely great English skills - close if not native speaker level
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing or similar area of study preferred
Impeccable work ethic
Strong desire to learn about digital marketing and design
Effective follow up, documentation and communication skills
Passionate about promoting exceptional customer experience
Preferred to have some exposure as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Asso/Jr Team Lead in a an outsourcing, shared services or captive back office environment;
Experience with the following will be highly regarded:
Hospitality or customer service
