### Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CCTV Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems in various settings across Metro Manila. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing our clients' security measures and ensuring effective surveillance operations.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Installation and Configuration:

- Install and setup CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related equipment at various client sites.

- Configure and optimize settings for CCTV systems to ensure peak performance.

- Run cabling and setup networks for IP and analog CCTV systems as required.

- Maintenance and Repair:

- Perform regular maintenance checks on all CCTV systems to ensure functionality and reliability.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs as needed.

- Replace defective components and upgrade systems as necessary.

- Technical Support:

- Provide on-site technical support to clients, addressing any concerns or operational questions.

- Assist in training clients on the use of their CCTV systems and software.

- Offer recommendations on system enhancements and upgrades based on client needs.

- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance logs, and service reports.

- Prepare reports on system functionality, malfunctions, and resolutions for management review.

- Collaborate with other team members for effective project completion and information sharing.

- Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and local regulations.

- Follow safety protocols and best practices while working on-site to minimize risks.

- Stay updated with latest CCTV technologies and trends to apply best practices.

### Qualifications:

- Education:

- Completed a technical course or degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related fields.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.

- Familiarity with different CCTV technologies, systems, and software applications is preferred.

- Skills:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in the use of tools and equipment related to CCTV installation and maintenance.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Additional Requirements:

- Knowledge of networking concepts and IP-based systems.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different work sites within Metro Manila.
