Plan, implement, and maintain the Employee Engagement initiatives at the local site of responsibility
Coordinate with Vendors, Suppliers, Finance and Purchasing/Admin Team for potential company promotional items for Employee Engagement projects within a given budget at the local site/s of responsibility
Gather feedback obtained through post event surveys and analyze/provide a debrief of the project
Support regional level of activities by being the main POC for the site on implementation
Ensure Rewards & Recognition program effectiveness
Ensure Corporate social responsibility programs are deployed within local site of responsibility
Support other departments in hyping up their announcements and communications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Psychology / Human Resources / Behavioral Sciences / Management or equivalent
At least five (5) years of professional experience in handling Employee Relations (company events and employee discipline; policy making) preferably in Financing Company
Adept in the Philippine Labor Code
With above average communication skills (written, oral, interpersonal)
Has the ability to communicate to various levels of the organization
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
