HR Employee Relation Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, implement, and maintain the Employee Engagement initiatives at the local site of responsibility
• Coordinate with Vendors, Suppliers, Finance and Purchasing/Admin Team for potential company promotional items for Employee Engagement projects within a given budget at the local site/s of responsibility
• Gather feedback obtained through post event surveys and analyze/provide a debrief of the project
• Support regional level of activities by being the main POC for the site on implementation
• Ensure Rewards & Recognition program effectiveness
• Ensure Corporate social responsibility programs are deployed within local site of responsibility
• Support other departments in hyping up their announcements and communications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Psychology / Human Resources / Behavioral Sciences / Management or equivalent
• At least five (5) years of professional experience in handling Employee Relations (company events and employee discipline; policy making) preferably in Financing Company
• Adept in the Philippine Labor Code
• With above average communication skills (written, oral, interpersonal)
• Has the ability to communicate to various levels of the organization
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
