The Branch Operations Assistant position requires good communication and social skills in conducting interviews with loan applicants. The major tasks include gathering client information through personal interviews, evaluating creditworthiness, verifying submitted documents, assessing loan amount requests, background checking, encoding client data, loan processing, and loan releasing. Other tasks include replying to online inquiries, online advertising, and minor administrative duties and responsibilities.

The main responsibility of the Treasury Associate is to handle the daily collection of loan payments received from various payment channels. The daily collection process includes monitoring of scheduled payments, monitoring of auto debit arrangements, recording of received cash and post dated check payments, collecting payments through POS machines, issuance of official receipts, balancing of daily transactions and preparing of collection report.
