The role:

REBEL Coaches are an integral part of the REBEL experience, ensuring a world-class coaching experience for our customers and helping us reach more people around the world. We're looking for highly motivated mental health professionals to join our REBEL team. REBEL seeks to address not only the physical - but mental well-being of our clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and mental health support : performs psychological interventions and support as necessary.
• Knowledge and Research: Management and exploration of sources that can provide assistance in the development of mental health modules for clients. 
• Client engagement: Be responsive and reach out to all assigned clients through effective communication channels ensuring client retention. 
• Keep organized: Utilizes systems to effectively track and communicate with clients and their information.
• Work collaboratively: Work closely with the rest of the operations team and fellow coaches to address clients' needs as effectively as possible. 

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally:

• Unrestricted license to practice counseling (Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, etc.) in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore or in your country of origin. 
• Have the clinical experience and professional accrediations for any of the following: Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy, Clinical Social work.
• Training and experience with evidence-based modalities of counseling - CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.
• Be a high energy and self-motivated personality, a team player
• Confident to work autonomously and is willing to share ideas
• Be reliable and professional at all times
• Have excellent communication skills in English
• Have the ability to go to Alabang, Muntinlupa area.
• Be open to feedback and always willing to improve and develop
• Practitioners who want to focus on clinical work – we handle the logistics
