Senior Financial Accountant

• Prepare and post journals to ensure month-end results show the clear and fair picture of the financials,
• Prepare required financial reports and analysis,
• Support accuracy and completeness of the reporting in the financial and Statutory statements
• Apply finance technical reporting expertise to accounting processes, including IFRS standards
• Continuously monitor BS accounts for any inconsistencies and drive the necessary actions to ensure accuracy
• Partner with the RTR team to ensure the information in the legal entity’s financial statements accurately and completely reflects our business operations
• Support internal and external audits

Top 3-5 Accountabilities

• Support key financial controlling processes: month end and period end closes, journal entry preparation, financial statement preparation and review, KPI and data quality monitoring, balance sheet review preparation, adherence to CARM controls
• Ensure that requirements for statutory and management reporting for the legal entities within the scope of the role is completed accurately, on time and in line with internal and external controls.
• Prepare year-end statutory adjustments and transfer pricing reports with the relevant stakeholders in the market and in Group.
• Support the FAC process, and provide analysis for the FAC completion

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Degree educated in relevant finance/accounting/ business
• At least 3-4 years working experience in accounting and finance area
• Experience with Shared services process activities is an advantage
• Relevant experience with SAP FI/CO COPA modules
• Intermediate skills in Excel
• Good understanding of the financial controlling processes (Balance sheet, Group and Local Financial Reporting, Accounting principles)
• Good Risk Management (Internal Controls, Managing Risk, Embedding Compliance & Ethics)
• Advanced analytical skills to be able to see and understand the big picture and deliver message,
