This role is instrumental in providing comprehensive administrative support, managing billing processes, and overseeing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable functions. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design and collaborate with professionals in creating innovative closet concepts. Responsibilities: Administrative Support: -Efficiently handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. -Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and project-related materials. Billing: -Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for clients based on project specifications. -Collaborate with project managers and design professionals to ensure billing accuracy. Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable: -Manage vendor relationships and process Accounts Payable transactions promptly. -Oversee Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments and resolving any payment discrepancies. -Reconcile financial statements and assist with budget tracking. Design Collaboration: -Work closely with design professionals to understand project requirements and client expectations. -Assist in the creation of design concepts, providing administrative support for design presentations. Key Qualifications: -Proven experience in administrative support, billing, and AP/AR functions. -Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. -Basic understanding or interest in design concepts and trends. -Previous experience in administrative roles, billing, or AP/AR is preferred. -Familiarity with design concepts or experience in a similar industry is advantageous.
