Position Summary

As a Compliance Tracking Administrator, you will help with the daily operations of the firm’s programs for bar admission, Continuing Legal Education (CLE), and mandatory training. You will ensure that the firm’s lawyers meet the legal and professional requirements for their practice areas and jurisdictions

  • Update and verify the firm’s Human Resources systems with bar admission data
  • Enter and maintain CLE and bar admission information in Learning Management System
  • Create and manage reports on mandatory training progress and completion
  • Create and manage reports on CLE course, attendance and tracking
  • Prepare CLE reports and gather requested documents to the relevant operational teams
  • Respond to and handle shared mailbox messages as the first contact point
  • Manage follow ups, tracking messages for required training and compliance efforts

Qualifications

· 1-2 years’ experience in a corporate environment

· Data entry, data administration and data analysis experience for a global company is a plus

· Strong knowledge of excel (reporting, VLookup)

· Proficient in Microsoft office and navigating database systems

· Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

· Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

· Ability to be flexible and handle multiple large projects.

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work quickly and efficiently, prioritizing a varied workload with multiple stakeholders and shifting demands

· Ability to manage stakeholder expectations by understanding stakeholder needs, determining alternatives to meet requirements and communicating appropriately.

· Accountable team player with a constructive attitude, problem-solving and customer success mindset able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a geographically dispersed team

· High degree of confidentiality needed.

  • This is a role based in Manila, Philippines
  • This role reports to the Manager, HR Compliance Tracking
  • Work-shift flexible to Americas and EMEA
