Bartender

Qualifications: Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume hospitality environment or bar. Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation styles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues effectively. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining professionalism and composure. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, according to established recipes and standards. Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and enhance their experience. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with regulations. Monitor and replenish inventory, assist with inventory management. Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices. Coordinate beverage service for events and functions. Stay informed about beverage trends and recipes. Assist in training new bartending staff. Uphold hotel service standards and foster teamwork.
