QUALIFICATIONS • At least one (1) year experience as Quality Analyst supporting financial account • 3+ years BPO experience • Must be willing to work in Alabang • Amenable with graveyard shift RESPONSIBILITIES • Monitor, assess, and rate phone calls and customer issue tickets according to established quality standards. • Review both open and closed customer issue tickets to ensure they meet quality assurance criteria. • Take part in calibration sessions and team discussions to ensure consistency and effectiveness in communication. • Help communicate and uphold business objectives, quality benchmarks, and operational procedures. • Generate accurate and timely reports on call quality, productivity, and other key metrics on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. • Apply basic business skills and knowledge to tasks, following established guidelines. • Oversee the quality of service provided by representatives and offer suggestions for process improvements to management. SALARY: P25,000 - P30,000
