JOB OBJECTIVE
Provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience through chat, email, and back office support.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Deliver top-tier customer support by promptly and accurately responding to inquiries and resolving any issues, primarily through chat and email.
- Execute back-office tasks with a keen eye for detail and efficiency to fulfill customer requests and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate and work effectively with other team members to achieve the best results for all customer-related requests.
- All other tasks that may be assigned and relevant to the role.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably an IT-related course.
- Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience in the BPO industry, handling an international account.
- Work background in using chat and/or email communication is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in a technical account is a huge plus.
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Canva is a huge plus.
- Must have excellent writing skills in English good speaking skills in English.
- Tech savvy with strong interest in learning new technology applications.
- High attention to detail.
- Willing to work on night shift.
