Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Cropital, a leading agricultural crowdfunding platform based in Makati, NCR, PH, is currently seeking a full-time Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently through chat support channels. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. - Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and professional company image through customer interactions.

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Prior experience in customer service or chat support roles. - Resourceful and energetic personality traits. - Strong project management and leadership skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and chat support software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
