As a Client Service Associate at ZipMatch, your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction for our clients. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to clients remotely. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or client relations - Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional service to clients - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs - Leadership capabilities to influence and motivate team members towards achieving common goals - Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
