Outsource Access, a leading virtual assistant company, is currently seeking talented Virtual Assistants to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide remote administrative support to our clients, helping them manage their day-to-day tasks and streamline their operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling emails and phone calls, conducting research, preparing documents, and assisting with basic bookkeeping. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask will be crucial for success in this role.

We are looking for individuals who are proactive, self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills. As a Virtual Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work independently and remotely, providing support to clients in various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle emails and phone calls, responding to inquiries and managing client communication
  • Conduct research on various topics to support decision-making and project planning
  • Prepare and edit documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice management
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
  • Perform data entry and update databases

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
