Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Company Nurse located in Lipa. As a Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing medical care and assistance to employees, including first aid treatment, health assessments, and health promotion activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee health records, conducting health and safety training, and coordinating with external medical providers as needed. Qualifications Registered Nurse with an active nursing license Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a corporate or industrial setting Knowledge and understanding of occupational health and safety regulations Ability to provide basic first aid treatment and administer medications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work well under pressure and in emergency situations Proficiency in medical record keeping and documentation Knowledge of health promotion and wellness programs Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
