Primary Task: Supporting and managing e-commerce technology akin to Shopify
Additional Responsibilities: • Create e-commerce storefront layouts with our software.
• Design and execute social media campaigns across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Knowledge of licensing for social media and e-commerce imagery/music.
• Customer Support
Required Skills and Software Proficiency: • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of e-commerce platform(s) management (similar to Shopify)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) Canva for graphic design
• Social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools
