Job Description

About the Role:
As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving market share growth within the HVAC industry by leading B2B and B2G channel marketing strategies and execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand generation programs and marketing tools that support the sales process and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of B2B and B2G channel marketing strategies to increase market share in the HVAC industry.
  • Define and execute demand generation programs to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion among targeted customers and channel partners.
  • Create marketing tools, including sales collateral, presentations, and digital assets, to support the sales process and enhance customer communication.
  • Establish alignment with brand, sales, and product management teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy execution.
  • Build influence across key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for marketing initiatives and programs.
  • Perform and review periodic market and program analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop in-depth value propositions for key products/series and provide communication tools to facilitate effective delivery to customers.
  • Manage the overall lifecycle of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2G channel marketing within the HVAC industry or related field.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and executing demand generation programs and marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in market and program analysis, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
