We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing on-site team in Dagupan, Pangasinan. In this role, you'll support customers through inbound phone calls and live chat, helping them with account questions, billing inquiries, and general product support while delivering a professional and empathetic customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers through live chat and support tickets.
• Help resolve account, billing, and service-related inquiries.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and basic product support.
• Document customer interactions accurately using CRM software.
• Manage multiple applications and systems simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Follow established processes and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a 24/7 operation.

Candidates must be available to work:

• Rotating shifts, including overnight shifts
• Weekends
• Public holidays
• Five scheduled workdays per week with two rotating days off
• Training will be conducted Monday through Friday during business hours before transitioning to operational shifts.

Compensation

• PHP 17,000 monthly salary
• Full-time employment
