Ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.   About You:  The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: College graduates, undergraduates, SHS, and HS graduates At least  1-year sales experience primarily sales  (relationship sales, ad sales, digital marketing, online sales, collections, or telemarketing in BPO) Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
