Job Description - Customer Support Specialist (Email Support)

Are you a strong communicator with excellent written English and a talent for solving problems?

We're looking for a highly organized Customer Support Specialist to assist customers via email and coordinate projects.

In this role, you'll manage and deliver customer orders for satellite imagery and geospatial data, help customers understand and use the products available to them, and ensure they have a reliable, positive experience at every stage of the process.

You'll work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to coordinate projects, provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure the successful delivery of requests. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, communicating clearly, and helping customers achieve their goals in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This is an on-site role in Dagupan, Pangasinan.

What You'll Do

  • Manage customer orders and project requests from submission through delivery
  • Communicate with customers via email and provide timely updates on the status of their requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed successfully
  • Track multiple customer projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Investigate issues, gather information, and help identify the best possible solution for customers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer requests
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Schedule

This role supports a European operation.

The proposed starting schedule is:

  • Tuesday to Saturday: 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM CET
  • Sunday, Monday, and Public Holidays: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM CET

Please note that scheduling requirements may evolve based on operational and business needs. Applicants should be comfortable working within the proposed schedule and remain flexible as the program develops.
