Display polite and professional communication
Perform back-office tasks Transfer data from PDFs into computer files or database systems accurately in real-time.
Collaborate and work effectively with team members to achieve the best results
Achieve timeliness and accuracy in work output
Perform other back-end support duties as required by the client
Work in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Conducting online searches (if needed) and accurately updating/input details into the database.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
At least college-level education and with relevant experience
Ability to prioritize critical tasks and work well in a deadline-driven environment
Basic database understanding or knowledge
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Good time management and task management skills
A good understanding of data confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite (Excel and Word)
Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
Computer Savvy
The ability to do repetitive tasks for long periods of time
The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
