Facilities Management

Job Description:

• Support in the development and implementation of a facility management program that includes preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements within all Shopee Express facilities nationwide
• Support in coordinating with the internal and external stakeholders for the processing of all site payables (e.g. electricity, water, etc.)
• Help manage all Shopee Express facilities (e.g. repairs, cleaning, catering, etc.)
• Performs assessment based on on-the-ground feedback for regular maintenance, necessary repairs, replacements or any form of rectifications
• Keep track of the commercial details in contracts of lease, renewals, extensions, construction, and other agreements related Shopee Express facilities
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of contract renewals
• Support in managing relationships with existing contractors, real estate brokers, and building administrators

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Facilities Management or other related majors
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Facilities Management
• Experience in contract management
• Experience in Logistics company is a plus
• Eye for quality and attention to detail
• Possess good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail, work flexibility, excellent time and project management skills
• Works well with a wide range of characters/personalities
• Amenable to be assigned in Podium, Mandaluyong
