Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications. Familiarity with the different Loan and financial Processes is an advantage. Willing in everyday Field work BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Promote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing Verify and confirm authenticity of the borrower's information and requirements in accordance to company policies & procedures Release loan proceeds to borrowers Expedites resolution of customer problems, concerns and complaints in accordance with the company policies and procedures and in coordination with his immediate supervisor and/or concerned departments Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies Analyses the market’s potential Provide market and competitor’s analysis as needed Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies as needed Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Paid training Schedule: 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary Performance bonus
