Job Overview

As a Finance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position offers an opportunity for growth and development within a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. 

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets to support strategic planning. 

• Implement and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and assess financial performance.

• Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational requirements.

• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and timely submission of required documents and reports. 

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve company goals and to mitigate financial risks. 

• Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency. Serve as a financial advisor to management on strategic and operational matters. 

• Prepare and submit financial reports to regulatory agencies and stakeholders. 

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.

• Proficiency in SAP is preferred. 

• Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. 

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations. 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and leadership abilities. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
