Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Wholesale Fulfillment Coordinator for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. The position is mainly responsible for Managing all B2B outbound order activity from our 3PL on a daily, weekly, monthly schedule for domestic and international retail partners.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing any backorder, inventory issues, or shipping concerns.
• Work closely with the 3PL team on outbound order troubleshooting orders, RTVs and/or special projects.
• Analyze and report on outbound shipping performance, capacity, and present actionable insights.
• Expert experience building and maintaining internal SOP documentation focused on Wholesale outbound and return activity.
• Develop and ensure customer related compliance is maintained and issues are resolved.
• Manage and resolve any routing, tracking requirements with all transportation carriers in working closely within our Wholesale CS team.
