Create effective short-term and long-term marketing strategies.
Identify opportunities and coordinate with department heads to create programs of new services for our client-patients.
Serve as the point of contact with the hospital’s clients when it comes to marketing events and coordinating monthly specials.
Work to create social media strategies and content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter,YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Deliver monthly analytics reports to ensure that all marketing campaigns are generating their targeted ROI.
Deliver presentations to potential clients, prepare service agreements/contracts for corporate accounts, and maintain an exceptional business relationship.
Serve as a point of contact for the hospital when interacting with outside media and digital marketing agencies.
Plan and manage office events.
Conduct outreach events with the hospital’s partners at outside locations.
Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards for social media and online marketing overall.
Monitor the Patient Satisfaction Survey and provide data analysis to the management on a monthly basis.
Update the hospital’s marketing collateral including brochures, postcards, flyers, folders & print media ads.
Oversee the online reputation of the hospital.
Foster relationships with physicians, HMO providers and industry partners to encourage patient referrals.
Develop pricing tactics that maximize profitably while ensuring patients are still satisfied with the Alagang Sulit experience.
Performs other tasks when the needs arise.
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Communications or equivalent
Preferably with master’s degree in Marketing, Business/Hospital Administration
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Marketing preferably in healthcare industry
Fast learner; ability to learn about the services of the hospital and must be able to convey them to the public in simple layman’s terms
An upbeat and cheerful attitude and a passion for the healthcare industry, new technologies and emerging trends
Excellent social media skills with the ability to create content strategy and delegate content creation.
Results-driven attitude & a resolve to win; must be self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
