JOB DESCRIPTION: • Handles end-to-end recruitment onboarding and offboarding • Conduct orientation for newly hired and benefits to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement • Ensure completion of pre-employment requirements needed in HR documentation • Provide full admin support • Responsible for purchase requests, distribution and inventory of department equipments • Arrange meetings, document filing, generating reports and ordering supplies JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HRDM or related course • At least 1 year experience as HR & Admin Assistant is an advantage • Solid understanding of HR and administrative services • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Resourceful and can work with less supervision • To be assigned and work on-site at BAGAC, BATAAN
