HR - Employee Relations Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Can handle discussion related to personnel human relations and workrelated problems that
• adversely affect morale health and productivity.
• Evaluate and resolve human relations labor relations and workrelated problems and meets
• with management to determine appropriate action.
• Explain and provide advice to employees about company and governmental rules regulations
• and procedures and need for compliance.
• Attends conferences and meetings as employeemanagement liaison to facilitate
• communication between Employees and Management
• Demonstrates maturity dependability and integrity through appropriate handling of sensitive
• and confidential information.
• Audit and examine records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Attend hearings and other issues concerning DOLE and NLRC.
• Weekly Monthly and Yearly report.
• Performs other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Degree in human resources or other related course.
• At least three years of experience in handling Employee Relations.in a BPO industry
• Amenable to work fulltime onsite ( Ortigas Pasig )
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Very good in written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good problemsolving ability.
• Can handle pressure
