JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resource Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources (HR) Department, which includes conducting employee interviews and hiring, managing leave, benefits, and compensation, and enforcing business policies and procedures. Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Strong Employee relations, hiring/firing, DOLE case experience Very experienced recruiting skills using software and interviewing skills Managing a small team and daily reporting. Perfect attendance and crystal-clear communication skills Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements Computation and processing of employee payroll Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional accountant resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations Solid working experience in all HR key areas (recruiting, Labor management, Government filings) Strong experience in Labor Relations, Policy Formulation and Employee Relations Strong people management experience Strong leadership skills Trustworthy with a high level of integrity QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Major in Human Resources, AB/BS in Psychology or Any Related Courses is required. Previous experience working as a HR Manager for at least 5 years. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Has experience in the Food Industry. Excellent Analytical Skills Ability to remain focused for extended periods.
