HR Project Management Officer

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

The  HR Project Management Officer is responsible for reviewing manpower requests, supporting annual planning, and facilitating employee movements S/He assists with CSR initiatives, and manages diverse HR projects. The position is also expected to handle ad-hoc tasks as required, contributing to various facets of human resources management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review, and assess validity of Manpower Requests
• Provide assistance to the Assistant HR Director during the annual Manpower Planning of all Departments
• Facilitate Employee Movement requests which include career advancements
• Provide assistance on CSR initiatives
• Take on assigned HR projects that may cover different facets of Human Resources such as Talent Acquisition, C&B, Payroll, etc.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

• Has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Hotel-Restaurant Management or any related courses
• Preferably has at least 2-3 years experience in recruitment specifically in manpower planning
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Google Workspace Applications
